In February 2025, Evernex celebrated the 12th anniversary of its opening in Morocco. The Casablanca-based office has become the company’s strategic hub in Africa, providing cutting-edge IT maintenance solutions to key sectors across the continent.

One of our most valuable achievements since establishing our presence in Africa has been the introduction of our Evernex Sales Excellence Academy. Through this program, Evernex Morocco has played a pivotal role in developing local skills, especially within the younger communities. So far, we have trained over 100 graduates in IT and telecom business development.
This year, Evernex Morocco also celebrates the launch of Evernex Global Services, our global shared services center. This new venture consolidates teams specialized in key global functions, including the digital factory, help desk support, logistics, and sales administration. Evernex Global Services will support regions across the world, including Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
Together, the 12-year anniversary of Evernex Morocco and the launch of Evernex Global Services reflect the TPM provider’s expanding presence and influence in the region.
