Evernex acquires Comptest, a telecom infrastructure specialist based in Poland

WARSAW, Poland – March 23, 2026 – Evernex, a global leader in third-party maintenance (TPM) and IT lifecycle services, today announced the acquisition of Comptest Group, a Poland-based specialist in telecom and networking infrastructure services.

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Poznań, Comptest has built a recognized expertise in supporting complex telecom infrastructure environments, serving global telecom operators, data center operators and enterprise IT environments. The company specializes in restoring complex infrastructure hardware from major manufacturers including Nokia, Cisco and Juniper, helping organizations extend the lifecycle of critical network equipment.

This acquisition further strengthens Evernex’s ability to deliver sustainable, circular lifecycle services to enterprise infrastructure operators worldwide. By integrating Comptest’s engineering expertise and capabilities, Evernex expands its capacity to support critical IT environments —from data centers to telecommunications networks across Europe.

“Extending the lifespan of infrastructure hardware is becoming a strategic priority for enterprises facing both economic and environmental pressures,” said Stanislas Pilot, CEO of Evernex. “Comptest brings deep engineering expertise and decades of experience that perfectly complement our lifecycle services model. This acquisition reinforces our ability to help customers maximize the value of their infrastructure while advancing a more sustainable approach to IT operations.”

Comptest’s capabilities will further enhance Evernex’s service offering, particularly in telecom infrastructure environments where reliability, proximity, and operational excellence are critical to maintaining service continuity.

“For nearly three decades, we supported complex telecom and networking environments,” said Patryk Sójkowski, CEO of Comptest Group. “Joining Evernex allows us to scale this expertise globally and contribute to a broader vision of sustainable infrastructure lifecycle management.”

The acquisition also strengthens Evernex’s footprint in Central and Eastern Europe, building on the company’s long-term regional development strategy. In 2020, Evernex significantly expanded its presence across Europe with the acquisition of Technogroup, reinforcing its position as a leading global provider of third-party maintenance services.

“With Comptest, we are adding highly specialized technical capabilities that naturally complement our existing service portfolio,” added Romain Ferriere, CFO of Evernex. “This acquisition supports both our operational depth and our long-term growth strategy.”

By combining Evernex’s global maintenance platform with Comptest’s engineering expertise, the group continues to expand its ability to support enterprises seeking longer hardware lifecycles, greater operational resilience and more sustainable IT infrastructure management.
