What’s the difference between Smart Hands and Remote Hands?

Remote Hands refers to support delivered without physically touching the equipment—such as remote monitoring, diagnostics, or guidance. Smart Hands goes further, delivering on-site assistance when tasks require a technician to physically install, replace, move, or troubleshoot IT hardware.

Are Smart Hands services available 24/7?

Yes. Evernex’s Smart Hands services are available around the clock, 365 days a year. Our global coverage ensures that no matter your time zone or emergency, qualified technicians are ready to act.

What if my data center is located in a remote area?

With operations in more than 160+ countries and over 330+ forward-stocking locations worldwide, Evernex can reach even remote or hard-to-access sites. Where needed, we can quickly establish new stocking points to meet your service level agreements.

Can I schedule recurring Smart Hands support, or is it only on-demand?

Both options are available. You can request Smart Hands on-demand for urgent needs or schedule recurring visits for ongoing IT support. Many customers choose recurring support for preventive maintenance, patching, or routine infrastructure checks.
