This strategic move is aimed at bolstering our presence and enhancing service capabilities across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Located in the heart of the bustling city, Menara Suezcap offers an unrivaled location connected by a vast transport network, making it a prime site for business opportunities worldwide. The new office encompasses 6,000 square feet of state-of-the-art workspace, designed to support our growing team and expanding operations.
In addition, the facility includes a 2,000-square-foot warehouse, which houses approximately 9,500 spare part references stored locally. This warehouse is crucial for ensuring quick and efficient delivery of spare parts to our clients across the APAC region.
Enhanced Support and Services
The new hub will serve as the APAC region’s main operations center, providing our clients round-the-clock support. Our dedicated helpdesk, which has expanded from 8 Operations Assistants in 2023 to 25 currently, operates 24/7 to ensure continuous support and rapid response times.
Moreover, the facility includes a sophisticated testing lab where our engineers can conduct testing, training, and development activities. This lab is integral to our commitment to maintaining high service standards and fostering innovation within the region.
Evernex has been operating in Kuala Lumpur since 2015. The opening celebration of the office was attended by over 40 customers, highlighting the strong relationships we have built in the region and our commitment to serving our clients with excellence.
