Evernex Awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal for the Fifth Consecutive Year, Boosting Scores in Key Areas

For the fifth consecutive year, Evernex has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, ethics, and responsible procurement. While Evernex remains in the Silver category, it has achieved remarkable improvements in its scores, particularly in Ethics and Sustainable Procurement, each increasing by 10 points compared to the previous year.

Improvement in Key Areas

EcoVadis, a globally recognized platform that evaluates companies on their environmental, social, and ethical performance, ranked Evernex in the 85th percentile among all participating companies this year. This positions Evernex in the top 15% of companies within its industry, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainable business practices.

“We are extremely proud of the progress we’ve made,” said Elise Crunel, Evernex’s Group QSE & CSR Director.

“The 10-point increase in both Ethics and Sustainable Procurement is a testament to the transparent efforts we’ve made to share key documentation and continuously improve our practices. While our international footprint with a presence in over 45 countries is an asset for servicing our clients worldwide, we are still a medium-sized business, which makes our CSR reporting more challenging in its scope. However, we have a clear action plan for stepping up our efforts!”

Maintaining Leadership in Sustainability

As a leader in TPM (Third-Party Maintenance), Evernex helps organizations extend the lifecycle of their IT assets, thus reducing e-waste and carbon emissions. By promoting circular economy principles, Evernex’s services allow businesses to optimize their IT infrastructure, reduce costs, and lessen their environmental footprint, making it a win-win for both their clients and the planet.

“Sustainability remains at the core of everything we do,” added Crunel. “While helping our clients achieve greater IT efficiency and productivity, we’re also enabling them to reduce their overall carbon footprint. This recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering solutions that benefit businesses and the environment alike.”

Eyes on the Gold Medal

While this latest certification is a notable achievement, Evernex has set its sights on even loftier goals.

“Our journey doesn’t stop here,” said Crunel. “While we are proud to once again receive the Silver Medal, we see this as motivation to continue improving and aim for Gold to further align our practices with the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility.”

Evernex celebrates receiving its fifth consecutive EcoVadis Silver Medal, reflecting progress in sustainability, ethics, and procurement.
