Shanghai, China, September 24, 2019– Huawei and Evernex have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This new partnership on Huawei Intelligent Computing business came into force during HUAWEI CONNECT 2019 in Shanghai, China.

Evernex, a global Third-Party Maintenance Provider and Huawei, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) have signed a MOU for partnership.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a document describing the broad outlines of an agreement that two or more parties have reached. This nonbinding agreement states each party’s intentions to take action, conduct a business transaction, or form a new partnership.
A MOU is important, because it defines the responsibilities of each party in an agreement, provides the scope and authority of the agreement, clarifies terms and outlines compliance issues.
HUAWEI CONNECT 2019
During HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Evernex and Huawei business agreed on such a partnership. According to the MOU, Evernex will provide Intelligent Computing services for Huawei’s customers across Europe.
